Terms of Use
To ensure the public nature and safety of the hotel, guests are required to observe the following rules in accordance with Article 12 of the Hotel Agreement. If you fail to comply with the matters prohibited by these rules, we may refuse to continue your stay in accordance with Article 13 of the Hotel Agreement.
Do not use irons, heating appliances, cooking appliances, or other fire-producing devices in the corridors or guest rooms.
Do not smoke in places likely to cause fire, such as in bed.
Do not engage in loud singing, boisterous behavior, or other acts that may cause displeasure or disturbance to others.
Do not bring the following items into the corridors or guest rooms.
a) Animals and birds
b) Items that emit extremely foul odors
c) Extremely large quantities of goods
d) Gunpowder, gasoline, or other explosive or flammable materials
e) Firearms or swords not legally permitted to possess
Do not engage in gambling or acts that disturb public morals in the corridors or guest rooms.
Do not bring outside visitors into your guest room without permission or allow them to use the room facilities and items.
Do not receive visitors in your guest room.
Do not use guest rooms or the lobby as an office or place of business.
Do not use the facilities and items in the corridors and guest rooms for purposes beyond their intended use.
Do not take any items from your guest room outside the hotel or move them to other areas within the hotel.
Do not attach foreign objects to the hotel building or facilities, or make modifications that alter their current state.
In the event of damage, soiling, or loss of buildings, fixtures, or other items due to causes other than force majeure, you may be required to pay compensation for the appropriate amount.
Do not hang items in the windows that may detract from the hotel's exterior appearance.
Do not distribute advertising materials to other guests within the hotel.
Do not leave your belongings unattended in the hotel lobby or other areas.
Do not enter non-guest areas such as stairways, rooftops, or mechanical rooms unless in an emergency or unavoidable circumstances.
Do not order food or beverage delivery from outside the hotel.
For long-term stays, please settle your bill every 3 days. Even within 3 days, if the amount exceeds 30,000 yen, please settle upon request from the hotel.
Please notify the Front Desk in advance if you wish to change your planned length of stay.
If you wish to extend your planned length of stay, please settle your bill for the period prior to the extension.
Payment by check and currency exchange are strictly declined.
Unless otherwise specified, the storage period for deposited items and lost-and-found items from the date of departure shall be as follows.
a) Items deposited at the front desk: 1 month
b) Lost and found items: 6 months
We do not advance payment for airplane, train, or sightseeing bus tickets, taxi fares, postage stamps, shipping charges, etc.
Accommodation of unaccompanied minors is not accepted unless permission from a guardian has been obtained.
